This course will benefit supporting organisations with Staff that can competently and efficiently assess and manage patients with minor injury conditions.

Staff will develop improved confidence with managing patients with minor injuries across a range of in hospital and pre-hospital settings.

On completion of the course the student will have increased confidence and skills to assess patients with a variety of presenting complaints within minor injury conditions including; joint examinations, neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand, back and hip examination, knee, lower leg and ankle/foot. Practical skills including Bandaging, Slings, suturing, Plastering and splinting are all included as assessed components of this programme.
