Tracey brings more than four decades of healthcare experience to Heart Safe, including senior leadership of Resuscitation services and clinical education within major teaching NHS trusts.     Her career has centered on developing clinicians, leading complex clinical services and translating evidence into practical education that works in the real world.      Today, she leads Heart Safes' clinical education strategy, faculty development, and organisational partnerships portfolios, with a particular focus on creating dynamic education that builds knowledge, capability and clinical confidence, within individuals and workforces alike.
