Benedict's Law is a set of national allergy safety requirements for schools in England that became statutory in September 2026. 

It was introduced following a campaign by the family of five-year-old Benedict Blythe, who tragically died from anaphylaxis at school in 2021. The framework is part of the Children's Wellbeing and Schools Act 2026. ​​​​
