Learning to Lead - Registered Practitioners

The "Learning to Lead" 4-day programme is designed to equip registered nurses in health & social care settings with the essential leadership skills and strategies they need to enhance their professional development and improve team management. This comprehensive training covers a wide range of topics critical to effective leadership in the healthcare sector, including leadership styles, strategies, clinical supervision, Duty of Candour, revalidation, and reflective practice.  An optional session on attending coroner's court in the UK is available to provide further insight into the legal and ethical aspects of healthcare leadership.
