Learning Outcomes:
Hospital MIMMS (HMIMMS, or Hospital Major Incident Management and Support) is a specialized 2-day training course designed for hospital staff. It teaches clinical and administrative leaders how to plan, train for, and manage the internal and external hospital response to major mass-casualty incidents.

CSCATTT framework: Structure for command, safety, communication, assessment, triage, treatment, and transport.

Collapsible hierarchies: Scaling hospital management structures up or down based on the size of the incident.
