Content within each tier is designed cumulatively — each tier assumes the clinician has the diagnostic and decision-making fluency built in the tier below.

However the tier recommendations on grade is a starting guide, not a hard gate — therefore individuals with broader scope of practice or with portfolio needs above their actual grade may be advised to join the next tier up on request.​
